About the Coffeeholic Bookworm

DSCF2064

Most people say “Kids don’t lie..” Well, my chubby sons said, “Mommy, you’re the most beautiful & sexiest mom in the world!” So, who am I to argue?

Yes, I am already a mother of three uber-hyper kids. But I don’t sweat it. I love my kids dearly and I would do anything for them. My hubby is my number one ally and comrade. My family is my everything..

But then… there’s also the BOOKS! Reading has always been my passion. I would rather stay at home and read endlessly than to go partying with my friends. For me, books are better companion because these treasures do not judge you.. Books provide unconditional love and undying support. Books are my bestfriend.

As a bookworm, I tend to collect, purchase request and download at least 5 books a day. Crazy, yes, but that’s how I do it, especially when there’s a tingling sensation between my fingers. The need to swipe, click and grab a book has become my weakness. As it is with coffee.. I can’t live a day without drinking at least 3 cups of coffee. I’m a coffeeholic bookworm, yes, that’s what I am.

So, if you want to read something, come along and read with me.

  2. Oh my gosh, I’m always excited when I meet another bookaholic like me.. you are every bit the book worm I am. And you like coffee. I love coffee but eat chocolate instead. Books and chocolate – I can’t live without both. I have unfortunately needed to curb my downloading/buying habit because we moved into a new home. Sigh. Does not mean I don’t try though. I buy books on Book Depository because it is always free shipping, pretty much anywhere in the world – yay! for books. I have two children, who read as voraciously as I do, in fact, I steal their books whenever I’m in the mood for anything YA 🙂
Thank you for the follow. Happy to have found you.

    1. Thanks so much for the visit and for following my blog. I’m always ecstatic to meet another bookworm like me. Yep, coffee and books always go together for me.. and chocolates, too, of course!

I am also trying to stop binge-buying books online. I think I got addicted to downloading already so I need to restrain. I hope you’ll get settled nicely on your new home, congrats! 🙂

  4. Hello Claire,

I wish I could read more books the way you do.

I know I’ve followed you before on Goodreads, but I found it hard for myself to keep track of all my social media accounts. So, I’ve recently moved to WordPress and I think this is a great platform to get updated with all your book reviews.

    Thanks for following my blog!
