Small-town girl, Katie O’Connor has always dreamed of seeing her name in lights. Check the box for fame, a movie deal, the perfect leading role that comes with a gorgeous leading man! Katie moved to Hollywood, elbows her way into auditions, lives on a shoestring budget—whatever is required to land a deal, she throws her heart into… until she’s involved in a royal kidnapping.

As the future king, Prince Alexander refuses to rule from an ivory tower. Duty-bound, he intends to relate to his future subjects, regardless of their walk of life. Before his coronation, he needs a foolproof plan to outrun his security team and go temporarily AWOL. While visiting L.A., all it takes is a sound stage collision and Alex is blindsided by a headstrong woman who is simply irresistible. So much so, he calls in a favor in order to secure her help … as his pretend girlfriend.

Their worlds are oceans apart, but their immediate attraction is impossible to put aside, especially their nonstop banter. Miffed at being wrangled into a situation that might blow up in her face, Katie comes up with her own plan. If The Prince is serious about walking the walk of the common folk, she’s only too happy to oblige as his pretend girlfriend. Through an ice storm, a road trip, kitchen duty, and a Texas pig race, Alex captures the hearts of the locals as well as Ms. O’Connor’s.

What starts out as a deal Katie can’t refuse becomes the acting role of a lifetime… letting Prince Alexander go without a fight.

A delightfully funny retelling of The Prince and The Pauper that romance readers of all ages will enjoy. On a two-week 1,500-mile road trip, Katie and Alex discover the end of the road might just be the beginning of their ‘Happy Ever After’ together.

Such a royally entertaining love story that’ll make you swoon and wish you were actually dating the Prince of Wales!

Prince Alexander of Wales and his security detail were in LA for some pre-coronation “mission” and bumping into beautiful Katie O’Conner might just had been the best thing that ever happened to him. From one chance meeting to the next royal proposal of a tour around the city, aspiring actress and game show personality Katie got more than she had bargained for. To be part of the prince’s exclusive entourage and soon to be the next Queen of Wales, this story is definitely like a whirlwind love affair.

I can very well tell you that ever since news about Prince Harry’s engagement broke out last year, I’ve been one of the many admirers who once wished I was on Meghan Markle’s feet. She’s quite a lucky lady and I am so happy for her.  I witnessed their wedding of the century right in front of my TV and could only cry and sigh when Harry and Meghan exchanged vows.

Exactly that day, I had the chance to read this book, Dating The Prince by Alina Snow and I am so royally pleased with how well the story went. I love the good royal vibes I got from reading this book. Never a dull moment from the beginning till the end. Prince Alexander got his naughty and nice sides and he’s really something else aside from the next crown prince. I love how dedicated he is to his family and closest friends, but most especially how he treated Katie and went above and beyond to prove his worth to her. He’s such a doll… a royal doll…

Katie, compassionate, loyal and very loving Katie.. The Prince could not have picked a better candidate to be his guide and girlfriend. Loved how their story started, how Katie wasn’t like any other women who admired the Prince. Loved how strong and independent she was and knew how to stand up for what she believed in. The perfect woman for the royal heir.

Alina Snow’s writing is the stuff that fairytales are made of. From rags to riches, from strangers to lovers, from LA to London.. Everything in this book is mesmerizing. A perfect summer read!
