Review: My Creative Billionaire 1 by Ali Parker

My Creative Billionaire 1
by Ali Parker

Being rich means living up to the expectations of others… even when you don’t want to.

Matt’s always known what it was like to live on the high end of society, and where his brother and father love it… he hates it. A creative at heart, he’s forced into the world of Accounting to help stand beside the family name and build an empire from the ground up. His true passion is art, life and love.

Erica is the Chief Advertising Officer for Bryant Accounting Firm and has had her eye on the CEO’s son, Matthew for quite some time. He’s a bit docile in public, and often plays the fool, but something tells her that a very different man exists just beneath the surface. She’s willing to wager her career by taking Matt beneath her wing, and hopefully to her bed.

Matthew Bryant is a billionaire who doesn’t need a job, but he’s got that creative streak on him that can’t be ignored. Working with the beautiful Erica should be easy, but sketching her and spending a weekend with her made it all the more complicated for him, especially with his burgeoning feelings. But like any other coward in love, he is afraid to pursue her.

Ali Parker did it again, and the force is definitely with her. I was surprised at Matt Bryant, all along I thought he was the dominant alpha male like his brother Damon whom I loved in another book. But Matt is a dear. I adore his silliness and creativity and flaws. He’s imperfect but he’s not annoying. I love him for who at what he is. I just wish Erica could see beneath his stature and talk to him, instead of just leaving a note then moping around, second guessing his intentions.

Overall, this was another exciting book in a series and I can’t wait to read Matt’s next move.
